Shipping Policy

Shipping schedules are affected by a variety of factors, meaning delivery times can vary depending on the order. Once a package leaves our fulfillment center, it enters the transportation network managed by external carriers. From this point onward, the delivery time is influenced by factors beyond distance alone, including the carrier’s capacity, regional shipping demand, routing efficiency, customs processing for international shipments, and environmental conditions. Under normal circumstances, standard shipping is usually completed within 10 to 20 business days, based on average carrier performance. However, this estimate only applies to weekdays, as weekends and public holidays may cause shipping delays.

There are times when broader disruptions affect shipping schedules across different regions. Weather events, high demand during peak shopping periods, unexpected transportation issues, labor shortages, or infrastructure challenges can slow down delivery times within the carrier’s network. While we do everything we can to process orders quickly and collaborate with our shipping partners to minimize delays, there may still be instances when delivery times are longer than expected. During such times, we ask for your patience as carriers work to resolve any temporary backlogs or interruptions in service.

Due to the unpredictable nature of transit, it’s not possible to guarantee exact delivery dates. Once an order is confirmed and enters the shipping process, the shipping details become fixed. This means addresses, destinations, and routing cannot be altered after processing, and packages that are already in transit cannot be redirected. It’s important for customers to carefully check their shipping information before finalizing the checkout process. Providing accurate and complete address details helps minimize the risk of issues like delays or misdirected packages.

Once dispatched, the package is entirely under the control of the selected carrier. During transit, packages typically pass through multiple sorting facilities and checkpoints, each with its own processing times. Various factors such as local demand, weather delays, or additional security checks can affect the pace of the shipment. In rare cases, a carrier may temporarily hold a package for address clarification or further confirmation before proceeding with delivery. Occasionally, a product may become unavailable after an order has been placed. In such instances, the unavailable item is removed from the order, the customer is notified, and a refund is issued for that portion of the purchase.

All orders come with free shipping, no matter the size or destination. Depending on the carrier’s policies and the delivery location, a signature or the recipient’s presence may be required for delivery. If the first delivery attempt fails, the carrier may make additional attempts. However, repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts could result in the package being returned to the sender. If this happens, the order will be canceled and a refund processed to the original payment method. To avoid missed deliveries, we recommend that customers keep track of their shipment and be available during the estimated delivery window.

Customers can track their orders using the tracking feature on our website. This allows them to monitor the status of their shipment through each stage of processing and delivery. Tracking updates generally show when the order is being prepared, when it has been shipped, and its movement through the carrier’s system. However, tracking information may not always update in real-time. There could be gaps in tracking due to scanning delays, transit pauses, or processing intervals between different checkpoints.

There are several scenarios that could prevent an order from shipping or cause delays or cancellations. These include stock shortages, unsupported delivery destinations, the need for physical delivery when only a post office box is provided, or issues with verifying payment information. Orders with incorrect or incomplete details may also experience delays or be canceled before shipment.

If an order arrives missing items, with incorrect products, or if it doesn’t match what was purchased, customers should contact us immediately. We will arrange for the return of the incorrect items and issue a refund. While we accept returns for sizing-related issues, exchanges will require a new order to be placed. If an order seems delayed beyond the expected timeframe, reviewing tracking information is the first step. If tracking shows no activity or an unclear status, customers are welcome to reach out to our support team, and we will carefully investigate the situation and advise on the best course of action.
